By accessing, registering on, or using the nowbet platform (available at nowbet.one and any associated mobile interfaces), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with nowbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the nowbet platform. nowbet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and nowbet with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

To be eligible to register and use the nowbet platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You do not have an existing nowbet account that has been suspended or terminated;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of nowbet or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

nowbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by nowbet may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at nowbet's sole discretion after deducting any administrative costs incurred.

Each individual may register only one (1) nowbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update it if any details change. nowbet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nowbet login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Never share your login credentials with any other person;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify nowbet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

nowbet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from nowbet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

nowbet reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.

All financial transactions on nowbet are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). nowbet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards are also accepted for deposits.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted;
• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible;
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in your account dashboard;
• nowbet processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the platform's payment information section. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and applicable verification requirements;
• nowbet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and may request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals;
• Funds deposited into your nowbet account are held in a segregated account and are not used for operational purposes.

nowbet complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

nowbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page within the platform. The following general conditions apply to all nowbet bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified for each individual promotion;
• nowbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the specific promotion terms;
• Players who abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts suspended;
• nowbet reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus winnings credited in error.

Participation in nowbet promotions is subject to eligibility criteria, which may include account verification status, deposit history, and geographic location. nowbet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

All games available on the nowbet platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

nowbet is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All random number generator (RNG) games are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers under real-time supervision.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, nowbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. nowbet shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

nowbet reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that it reasonably believes was placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or in breach of these Terms. Decisions made by nowbet regarding the outcome of any dispute relating to gameplay are final and binding.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nowbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or nowbet staff;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account.

nowbet provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the nowbet platform.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, nowbet will take reasonable steps to prevent you from accessing your account, including blocking marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period.

All content on the nowbet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of nowbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the nowbet platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the nowbet platform without the prior written consent of nowbet.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nowbet, its directors, officers, employees , agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the nowbet platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

nowbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nowbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nowbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude nowbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

nowbet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By registering on the nowbet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

nowbet implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the lawful operation of the platform.

nowbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have:

• Violated any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Attempted to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities;
• Breached any applicable law or regulation, including PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML laws.

Upon termination of your account for cause, nowbet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any required investigation, subject to applicable legal holds.

You may close your nowbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees and pending wagers.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the nowbet platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting nowbet's customer support team. nowbet will endeavor to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. For disputes relating to gaming operations, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures may also apply where relevant.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent nowbet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

nowbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nowbet will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date indicated at the top. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the nowbet platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
